Italian Cooking Courses

The courses are not only about following recipes but they have an educational purpose as well. The aim is to emphasize the simplicity of Italian cuisine while providing very effective and enjoyable recipes. From the traditional classic to the more unusual and contemporary dishes, the twenty regions of Italy provide a large culinary variety sharing the same basic principles of the Mediterranean-Italian cuisine.

The tutors in these courses are all native Italians and glad to reveal the secrets which come natural to them.
While attending these courses students are encouraged to note for themselves methods and procedures and to ask questions, students actively participate in food preparation whenever possible and all enjoy the cooked dishes together, at the end of the evening.

Course One
Course one focuses primarily on easy-to-prepare recipes for the entire family; a variety of dishes are introduced using meats, vegetables and beans that are typical of the worldly renowned Mediterranean diet and of course the pasta sauces that are so important in Italian cuisine.

Course Two
